My art pulls from skate culture and many of the DIY design sensibilities of the late 80’s and early 90’s. It exhibits the camp and kitsch denied young queers who were forced (like me) to diminish themselves growing up, and it seeks to make manifest the internal monologues, dialogues and realizations that spawn from that diminishment.

I mostly use paint and ink.
